Warranties: SIX MONTH WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL WORK PERFORMED BY NOOR ELECTRICAL SERVICES. This warranty covers mechanical failure of equipment installed or work performed by Noor Electrical Services. EXCLUSIONS: applies to mechanical failure and does not apply to weather, animals/insects, delay of service by owner, materials supplied by owner, negligence or lack of maintenance by owner,or work or damage by a 3rd party. Noor Electrical Services is not responsible for unmarked utilities, irrigation and/or landscaping systems when trenching/digging for preexisting or new electrical lines. ALL WORK WILL BE PERFORMED PER THE WORK ORDER AND ANY ADDITIONAL WORK OR CHANGES FROM THE ORIGINAL WORK ORDER WILL BE ADDITIONAL COSTS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ANY CODE VIOLATIONS FOUND OUTSIDE OF THE ORIGINAL PROPOSAL OF WORK. Patching,painting or site restoration, when required, shall be performed by others.
